My name is Stefanie Dahl. I was born and raised in Bavaria (Frankonia) Germany for 21 Years before I came to Tampa. 

During my one year stay in Tampa, I completely fell in Love with Seminole Heights and of course my husband Donnie, a born and raised Tampa boy. 

After one year, I had to return home. Donnie came with me and we lived in Germany for 3 years. During that time, my husband learned German and how to make some great brats.

Once we returned to Tampa we started working on our own brat recipe. Many cookouts later we had what we were looking for...the perfect brat.

Now we would love to give you a taste of my home country.
